My baby boy Mojo died today whilst I was out. I came home to find him curled up on the floor of the cage, cold and stiff. We had only had him a year.

I'm going to miss him so much. He was a beautiful, amazing, very special little ratty.

All these dreads are made by me over the past few months and have been worn and washed. They could do with a bit of resealing (a bit of a twist and a hot hairdryer blasted on them should do it!) in places but are for the most part still in tact and ready to be worn again! I have kept the prices low because they need a little bit of tlc.

They are all DE dreads, mostly shoulder length but I always pop a few longer breast length ones in to layer them a bit. They can be installed/braided into hair or they can be attatched to elastic and made into hair falls.

If you would like to combine kits that's fine, obviously I will send them all together and you won't have to pay postage twice!

How amazing does that feel!? ^_^

It's like those warm golden rays have melted the icicles in my brain and woken up my heart. I'm ready to go... pink! (Pink hair starts on the 1st of Feb...pics then!)

The exam is done (it was even worse than I expected) AND I handed in my journalism assignment a day early!!! Chuffed or what!

I am so fucking tired now, I'm going to relax with a bottle of red wine and my boo and watch some funny tv. Hoorah for no more uni work til semester 2! :)

I have a terrible, terrible cold. I feel like absolute crap. I can't believe I'm going to be ill for my work xmas party :(

On the plus side, I'm about to install my xmas dreads woop! Photos will follow ;)

Oh! And I also have cheese in the fridge. Get in!

I realised today that I haven't updated since the post about my Nan having cancer... a lot has happened since then, but it's too much to go into details. I'm going to try and make this journalling thing work but I'm just so busy all the time and I always think that I'm going to write a load of drivelling crap so why bother typing it up at all?! *sigh* Oh well, sorry if you have to endure some bollocks posts from me for a while. I guess that's the point of blogging, after all!

For the first time in my life, my diary is filling up fast. I haven't got a day where it's just .. free! Every day is something - uni, work, dreadmaking, socials, drama rehearsals/meetings, gym workouts, dancing, parties, birthdays, xmas events.. it's crazy! :S I'm not complaining because it's all a bit of novelty at the moment, but I'm just wondering how long it's all going to last. How long before I cave under all the busy-ness and become half a bee (like Eric...)

My little dread business is finally, slowly, starting to take off though, which is a good thing. At least I will have something to supplement my income when my hours at the Pavilion fluctuate negatively.

In an unusual twist of circumstances, I am actually pretty organised in regards to Yule/xmas! I have got most (over half) of my xmas shopping done and the Yule tree is up and I am in the process of making xmas cards. I had to get these things out of the way early because December is going to be so bloody hectic. I've got to make some cards, but it's not a big deal - it won't take too long. I've got one set of dreads shipping out to Germany tomorrow, one set I'm making to be completed by Wednesday, one set to be completed by the 3rd of December and then two sets before xmas. Phew! Will have a website up soon hopefully though (when I have the time to make it lol)
